We are recruiting an AI Project Manager for a financial organization located in Central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end AI/ML project management, from planning to execution and delivery
-Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources across multiple AI-related initiatives
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance policies
-Apply Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and workflows
-Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders
-Integrate ethical and security risk considerations into project planning and execution (AI governance)
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in project management within financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Experience in managing AI / ML projects
- MBA or a Master’s degree in a technology or finance-related field
- PMP or Agile / Scrum certifications
- Understanding of AI ethics risks and information security risk management – an advantage
