Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager (Business Clients), located in Afula. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with Simplex solutions. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, providing customer support for customers website and performance, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and ongoing communication with clients to enhance their experience and achieve better outcomes. including meetings inside and outside the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
• Digital marketing certification (advantage)
• Google Analytics certification (advantage)
• Knowledge of advertising budget management (advantage)
• One year of experience in client management with high service orientation
• Ability to present data and deliver presentations to clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Self-management capabilities, time management, and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to delve deep into details, organization and orderliness
• Results-oriented
• Proficiency in Office software
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of HTML-CSS (advantage)
