📍 Location: Lod | 🕐 24/7 shifts (including nights, weekends & holidays)

About the Role

Ware looking for a NOC Operator to join our team and take part in monitoring and supporting critical IT infrastructures. The role includes:

• Operating and maintaining IT monitoring (NOC) systems
• Detecting, analyzing, and escalating IT incidents
• First-line troubleshooting and proactive prevention activities
• Working with servers, networks, storage, security systems, and cloud environments
• Reporting anomalies and ensuring incidents are resolved end-to-end

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in NOC operations / technical support in a large organization (500+ users)
• Certification in Microsoft systems, CCNA, or equivalent
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (HPOV, CA Spectrum, SCOH, SolarWinds)
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Good English skills

Advantages: Experience with Exchange 2016, Active Directory, SQL, and network hardware.
