Strategic Supply Chain & Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Operations team. This role will be responsible for managing supply chain planning, vendor management, and cross-functional projects. In addition to overseeing engineering-related changes, the position will drive key operational initiatives. The role requires strong execution capabilities, cross-company collaboration, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning and execution, ensuring alignment with manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders.
• Act as operations project manager for cross-functional initiatives, aligning supply chain, logistics, and operational deliverables with product, support, finance, legal, and other teams for seamless execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage alternative manufacturing opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to support scalability, reduce costs, and improve resilience.
• Drive operational excellence through best practices, process improvements, and project management methodologies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
• Collaborate effectively across cultures and functions, influencing without direct authority.
• Show high accountability, ownership, and a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, and/or cross-functional project management.
• Experience managing operations for products combining hardware and software
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-company projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience working with manufacturing partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, can-do approach.
• Excellent English communication skills at a high professional level (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
