Graphic Designer + Marketing Operations (75%)

A global medical device company is looking for a Graphic Designer with Marketing Operations orientation.

The role combines creating marketing materials with the execution of MarCom support tasks – a diverse, exciting, and impactful position, ideal for someone who wants to grow and develop in the MarCom field.

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials: brochures, catalogs, newsletters, presentations, exhibition graphics.
• Graphic design for digital campaigns and social media (posts, banners, ads, dynamic content).
• Support MarCom activities: email campaigns, website updates (WordPress), mailing platforms.
• Manage databases, Excel reporting, and lead analysis.
• Assist in international exhibitions and global projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design – must (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint
• High-level English – required.
• Technical orientation and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven.

Big Plus:

• Marketing operations / MarCom support experience.
• Familiarity with WordPress.
• Advanced Excel, including Pivot
• Experience with Google Analytics / Google Ads.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
• Experience with AI-based design and automation tools.
• Ability to create marketing content in English.

Position: 75% with a fast track to full-time
