Job Description:

• Building partnerships with employers in the business sector
• Opening doors for candidates from diverse backgrounds to integrate into the job market
• Promoting candidates through mediation of government incentives (such as wage subsidies, tailored courses, grants, etc.)
• Understanding business needs and tailoring recruitment solutions accordingly
• Supporting placement processes with an emphasis on retention and employer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with employers / in recruitment / in partnerships – an advantage
• Familiarity with the high-tech industry
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in computer applications
