System admin Team Leader

Yael Group’s Cyber Division is hiring a System & Information Security Team Leader for a leading manufacturing organization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of ~8 technology experts responsible for system, cloud, and information security domains, covering initiation, design, implementation, operations, and maintenance.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of system platforms, cloud services, virtual server environments, and critical infrastructures.
• Set team goals, monitor performance, and drive employees to achieve both professional and personal objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and manage annual work plans, lead cross-organizational projects, and establish and implement work procedures.
• Perform hands-on technical work alongside team management responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience managing system & information security teams in large organizations.
• Strong background in managing Windows and Linux server environments.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS environments in ORG configuration.
• Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange.
• Experience with advanced security systems (Cortex / E5 / XSIAM).
• Knowledge of whitelisting, FileWall, and DLP solutions.
• Experience managing virtualization and storage systems (VMware VCF, Hyper-V, Infinidat, Dell EMC).
• Hands-on experience with backup systems, preferably Commvault.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with code-based environments (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform) – an advantage.
• Experience managing cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, EKS).
• Strong crisis management, prioritization, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
