Now hiring: Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager for a key role within the organization.

In this position, you will lead complex technical projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

The role requires working with internal interfaces, collaborating with external companies, managing discussions and decision-making, as well as budget management.

Responsibilities:

• Project Definition and Planning: Active participation in defining goals and planning engineering and/or technical projects, including feasibility assessment and decision-making in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Project Management and Execution: Full responsibility for managing and executing projects, including budget management, scheduling, maintaining quality standards, managing operations, and working with procurement committees and steering committees.
• Communication with Management: Presenting projects to management, leading professional discussions, and driving decision-making processes.
• Technical Documentation: Participating in writing technical documents (URS, IQ, OQ, CC, DQ) in collaboration with engineering teams and external experts.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in fields such as Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
2. Professional Experience:

• Experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry – an advantage.
• Experience in budget management and leading decision-making processes – an advantage.
• Experience in project management in clean room environments, experience in aseptic filling – a significant advantage.

Additional Skills:

• Understanding of pharmaceutical company workflows and regulatory requirements, with a focus on GMP principles.
• Excellent project management skills, including managing change processes, working with multiple stakeholders, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with operational and budget management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation abilities, and the capability to lead and engage interfaces without authority.
• Full proficiency in both Hebrew and English – mandatory.
