This role:

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder to lead the technical vision and execution of our AI trading platform. This is not just a job — it’s a chance to co-found and build the future of financial AI. You will drive research, development, and scaling of our reinforcement learning models, ensuring innovation while aligning technology with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s long-term technical roadmap.
• Lead R&D in reinforcement learning, algorithmic trading, and financial AI systems.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering and data science team.
• Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and deployment of trading solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business leadership to align product and technology strategy.
• Ensure strong risk management, scalability, and security practices in all systems.
  

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and algorithmic trading.
• Experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, financial data APIs, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5, FIX, etc.).
• Deep understanding of financial markets and quantitative trading strategies.
• Track record of building and scaling technical teams and AI-driven products.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
