Position : Software Architect

Location : Hybrid, Hod HaSharon

We are looking for a hands-on Architect who will drive the technical vision, design, and implementation of our SaaS platform, while also serving as a senior technical leader for our R&D organization. This role blends strategic architecture with practical technical leadership, ensuring our engineering teams deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end architectural vision and technical roadmap for the product.
• Lead design and implementation of complex cross-team initiatives.
• Act as a hands-on technical lead for select teams and projects, especially where technical leadership is lacking.
• Participate directly in coding, POCs, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving.
• Define, document, and champion engineering best practices, patterns, and standards.
• Mentor and guide developers, helping them grow into future tech leads.
• Collaborate closely with product management, business stakeholders, and other architects to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Initiate and lead technology evaluations and POCs to keep our stack modern and competitive.
• Lead the Israeli Architecture Forum and represent the site in the company’s global Architecture Guild.
• Partner with DevOps and QA to ensure our CI/CD pipelines and testing processes support rapid, reliable delivery.
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• +10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.
• Proven experience acting as both a strategic architect and a hands-on technical leader.
• Strong hands-on skills with Java and C#; experience with Angular or React is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance SaaS products from the ground up.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly dive deep into complex technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English; ability to influence without formal authority.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and mentoring others.
