Responsibilities
- Lead NPI projects from early design through full implementation
- Keep leadership and stakeholders updated with clear progress reports
- Spot risks and challenges early and drive solutions
- Ensure process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) meet industry standards
- Guide and delegate tasks across the team to hit goals on time
- Improve workflows and solve technical issues efficiently
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering – required
- 7+ years of experience leading NPI projects in pharma or medical devices
- Hands-on background with process/equipment validations
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA QSR – advantage
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment
- High level English
