Customer Billing Representative - student role

A Day in the Life

In this role you will represent the CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) unit. We provide innovative technology for patients with heart failure or Cardiac Rhythm. Different procedures are being conducted in Israel medical centers. The payment to Medtronic is done retroactively by the HMOs (health maintenance organizations/Kupath Holim).

This is a part time student position; the candidate must be available at least 2 days during morning hours.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Overseeing the invoicing process and staying in contact with different HMOs in Israel such as Maccabi, Meuchedet, Leumit, Clalit and ensure billing process is going smoothly.
• Receiving all delivery notes, implement reports from the field team and preparing of all needed documentation.
• Actively contacting the HMOs to receive the orders in correlation with product used.
• Coordinating the orders with Medtronic customer care department.
• Follow up unbilled products.
• Providing general administrative support, including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• A first- or second-year student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistic or Economics.
• Tech savvy: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
• Great communication skills, service-oriented, ability to interact with different functions inside and outside the company.
