What You Will Be Doing

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and drive data-backed business strategies
• Build pricing models and strategies, including project-level P&L measurement
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, supporting their professional development
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Create sales forecasting models to support planning and performance tracking
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, and conversion trends, translating data into business recommendations
• Lead cross-functional data projects from scoping to execution
• Prepare clear and compelling presentations for monthly business reviews
• Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in sales or e-commerce within a digital/product-focused company
• Proven experience managing analysts or leading analytical workstreams
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL; hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or Databricks
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical thinking
• Clear communicator with the ability to tell a compelling story through data
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
