Java Software Engineer

🚀 We're hiring: Senior Java Backend Engineers

We're looking for passionate backend engineers to join our dynamic R&D team and help us build the next generation of financial infrastructure.

💼 What you’ll do:

Take ownership of new and existing features from concept to production

Collaborate closely with product, full-stack, and infrastructure teams

Lead and mentor junior developers

Build scalable, distributed systems using cutting-edge technologies

Drive innovation in high-performance backend architecture

🛠️ Requirements:

BSc in Computer Science or equivalent – mandatory

5+ years of backend experience in a modern programming language

Deep experience in building large-scale, distributed systems using microservice architecture

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring

Experience with Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern source control (e.g., Git)

Bonus: knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript

Advantage: understanding of financial services or capital markets
