Your Mission:

• Manage and optimize daily operations of our Shopify storefront
• Lead strategic e-commerce projects: Loyalty Club, Subscription Models, Tool Integrations
• Collaborate with marketing, customer care, tech, and logistics to drive performance
• Analyze KPIs (CR, AOV, LTV) and implement CRO tactics
• Manage product catalog, inventory flow, and on-site user experience
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams or external vendors
• Drive A/B testing, conversion optimization, and digital analytics
• Ensure all campaigns are fully aligned with store operations

You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a D2C/B2C e-commerce store
• Proven success in leading digital/e-commerce projects
• Familiarity with Shopify – a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of CRO, UX, digital analytics
• Tech-savvy with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strategic thinker with execution mindset
• Strong written and spoken English

Bonus Points:

• Experience launching loyalty clubs or subscription programs
• Hands-on with Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, or Triple Whale
• Digital marketing background – a strong plus
