Brand Communications Manager JB-4451

Responsible for implementing and executing the organization's marketing communications strategies, while strengthening visibility and brand identity, building a uniform communication language, and supporting marketing activities for various target audiences in Israel and abroad. The role combines content creation, production of marketing materials, production of conferences and events, and coordination between internal and external organizational interfaces.

Main areas of responsibility:

Implementation of the marketing and communications plan in accordance with the organizational strategy

Creating marketing content in various languages according to the company's needs (texts for websites, brochures, newsletters, presentations, campaigns, etc.)

Working with suppliers: graphic designers, printing houses, translators, photography studios, PR companies, etc.

Management and production of marketing materials - digital and printed

Ongoing updating and management of website content and landing pages

Support in creating marketing campaigns (emails, social, Google, etc.)

Coordination and collaboration with sales teams, registration and content units

Meeting defined marketing schedules and goals

Monitoring effectiveness metrics of marketing materials and drawing lessons

Monitoring customer and participant satisfaction surveys

mandatory. Experience with Adobe or similar tools – an advantage.

Sharp design eye: good understanding of graphic design, colors, typography and visual trends – mandatory.

Mastery of AI as a work tool: experience with visual and textual content generators such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, Grammarly and more – a significant advantage.

Creative thinking and marketing content: ability to formulate precise, high-level messages in Hebrew and English, suitable for different audiences.

Practical experience in managing multiple marketing tasks simultaneously: producing materials, working with briefs, coordinating between parties.

Communication Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to harness teams and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Hands-on approach with a big head: A person who is not afraid to learn, experiment, take initiative and improve.

Curiosity and trend orientation: Following marketing innovation, design trends, young and relevant language.
