ILS & Maintenance Projects Manager

We are looking for an ILS & Maintenance Projects Manager to join the Multi-Mission Aircraft Directorate at IAI’s ELTA.

The position includes:

• Leading maintenance and ILS projects within the Multi-Mission Aircraft Directorate.

• Responsibility for executing current and future orders, ensuring timely deliveries and meeting project milestones.

• Driving processes to increase sales, contracts, and profitability.

• Leading the preparation of price proposals in collaboration with division stakeholders.

• Working closely with internal and external customers, subcontractors, procurement, and logistics.

• Managing internal processes related to repairs, maintenance procedures, spare parts, and system upgrades.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field – must.

• Proven 2–3 years of experience in project management.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing price proposals.

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) – must.

• Familiarity with radar systems – an advantage.

• Strong business, financial, and contractual understanding.

• Willingness to travel abroad – must.
