Junior Mechanical Engineer

A technology startup developing an innovative, autonomous, multi-disciplinary robotic system that integrates advanced algorithms, and AI is seeking a Junior Mechanical Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design of complex components and robotic systems.
• Rapid implementation of concepts in modelling and design, including 3D printing and prototype building in the workshop.
• Supporting integration, testing, and development processes, while providing ongoing support to other departments in the company.
• Assembling systems
• Conducting system tests prior delivery to customers, in accordance with company-defined protocols.
• Writing technical documents and manufacturing drawings for external suppliers.
• Conducting market research and identifying existing solutions.
• Conduct field test.

Qualifications

• [B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
• 2 years of experience in mechanical development and design.
• Experience with SolidWorks.
• Experience with robotic systems – advantage.
• System-level perspective.
• Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team.
• Real-time problem-solving, creativity, and technical initiative.
• Hands-on approach.
• High-level technical English – reading, writing, and speaking.

Job Location

• Rosh HaAyin – Afek Industrial Park.
• Full-time, on-site position.
