Senior System Analyst & Project Manager - Equity Based

About the Startup:

let's is an early-stage startup in the social networking domain, entering the technology development phase. Our vision is to create a next-generation platform that redefines how people connect and collaborate.

Position Type:

• Equity-based only (no salary at this stage).
• Remote work, with in-person meetings in Tel Aviv once every two weeks.
• Part-time commitment (approx. 1–2 hours per day).

System Analysis & Architecture

• Define and analyze system requirements and specifications.
• Translate product vision into technical workflows, data models, and use cases.
• Work closely with founders to ensure feasibility and scalability.

Project Management

• Build and maintain the development roadmap and timeline.
• Coordinate with remote developers/designers and track deliverables.
• Ensure project milestones are met and aligned with product strategy.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Lead periodic status reviews and guide technical discussions.
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding features, tools, and integrations.

• 6+ years of experience as a System Analyst and/or Project Manager in tech.
• Proven ability to define requirements, user flows, and system architecture.
• Strong grasp of SDLC & Agile methods
• Excellent documentation & communication skills
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Notion
• Strong background in mobile and web applications.
• Experience working in startups or small, agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and remotely.
