Process Manager – Dairy Industry

We are looking for a hands-on, operations-driven professional to join our team at Tnuva’s Rehovot Dairy. This role is at the heart of production and process management, ensuring smooth operations, efficiency, quality, and safety across critical areas: raw milk intake, pasteurization, drying facility, and control room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily operations in process departments, ensuring production targets, safety, and quality standards are met.

• Drive operational excellence by implementing and maintaining LEAN methodologies across teams.

• Build strong collaborations with diverse stakeholders and foster teamwork across interfaces.

• Manage, mentor, and develop teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Ensure effective utilization of resources while continuously improving efficiency and reducing losses.

• Take ownership of process optimization projects and lead change management initiatives in a dynamic production environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – Food Technology, Economics, Engineering, or Industrial Management (required).

• At least 3 years of proven experience managing teams in a production environment.

• Solid experience leading large-scale processes and projects within manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent command of English and advanced computer skills (Office, Excel, HMI systems).

• Advantage: Experience in the food/dairy industry and knowledge of raw milk intake processes.

• Ability to thrive under pressure, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
