Resource Development Coordinator

A New Way (ANW) is looking for a passionate and talented Resource Developer to join our team. This is a meaningful opportunity to support shared society work in Israel through strategic fundraising and donor engagement.

A New Way is an educational nonprofit working for over 25 years to promote Jewish-Arab partnerships across country.

About the Role

As Resource Development Coordinator you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with philanthropic foundations, government agencies, municipalities and corporate partners in Israel and abroad. Your work will include writing proposals and reports, managing donor communications, organizing visits, and representing A New Way to external stakeholders in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential donors, including foundations, businesses, and government bodies.
• Write compelling grant proposals, reports, and donor communications.
• Manage grant timelines, donor reporting requirements, and stewardship processes.
• Coordinate donor visits, tours, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align donor goals with program implementation.
• Support social media and marketing efforts to help promote donor engagement and organizational visibility.
• Represent A New Way in meetings, tours, and events in Israel.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong connection to A New Way’s values and a commitment to a shared society in Israel.
• Proven experience in resource development, fundraising, or grant management – an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English and Hebrew – required. Arabic – an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to engage diverse partners.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to think creatively and strategically.

Job Details

• Location: Hybrid – working from our Ramat Hasharon office and remotely.
• Type: Flexible, 50-100% Position

·      Salary: 9,000–12,000 NIS per full-time, depending on experience and qualifications.
