Assistant Manager Compensation And Benefits
- Pay – $3,800.00 monthly + bonus based on store goals.

- Sales-driven person - A dedicated individual with a proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales goals.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Open schedule - willing to work long hours.
- Driver´s License - valid with a clean record.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and direct the work of sales associates for appropriate headcount needs.
- Establish goals and monitor the performance of all sales consultants.
- Implement Store's monthly sales plan consistent with territory goals and objectives and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with Territory Manager to create and deliver store’s specific marketing initiatives.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by managing, coaching, and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance for the store.
