Location: Ramat Gan, Israel (on-site)

Schedule: Full-time, shift-based (incl. weekends/holidays as needed)

Reports to: CEO

Role:

Lead a high-performing store: drive sales and service, coach the team, and keep operations tight as we scale.

Responsibilities:

Sales leadership: own store targets; drive conversion coach on the floor.

Customer experience: deliver top-tier service, handle escalations, ensure smooth checkout and after-sales.

Team management: hire, train, schedule, set goals, give feedback, and keep morale high.

Operations: opening/closing, cash handling, shrink/loss prevention, safety.

Merchandising: keep displays/planograms sharp; execute promos and signage; maintain demo PCs.

Inventory: receiving, cycle counts, transfers, RMAs/warranties; keep stockroom organized.

Local growth: community events, partnerships, B2B outreach to nearby SMEs; capture leads.

Reporting: brief daily/weekly updates on sales, stock, and staffing; maintain clean records.

Requirements:

3+ years retail, including 1+ year as Store/Assistant Manager with proven sales results.

Strong sales coaching and comfort working to targets.

POS proficiency; basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and docs (Google Workspace/M365).

Hebrew & English—working proficiency.

PC hardware knowledge (components, builds, peripherals) to advise customers.

Hands-on, reliable, able to stand for shifts and move boxes/equipment as needed.

Nice to have:

Consumer electronics/PC components background.

SMB/B2B quoting and PO workflows.

Visual merchandising chops.

Familiarity with light ERP/inventory systems.
