Lead Product Manager

NoviSign is looking for a hands-on, strategic Lead Product Manager to take full ownership of our platform and help shape the future of digital signage.

You’ll be the product compass of the company — defining direction, driving execution, and ensuring impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support while also managing a small product team (1–2 people). This is a position for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution: setting vision while staying close to the details and making sure things get done.

• Own the full product lifecycle – from discovery and strategy to delivery
• Define and maintain the product roadmap based on user needs and company goals
• Lead day-to-day execution: write PRDs, user stories, wireframes, UX flows, and A/B tests
• Manage and mentor a small product team (1–2 people), ensuring clarity, ownership, and momentum
• Work closely with engineering to ship quickly and iterate with confidence
• Drive alignment across all teams — R&D, sales, marketing, QA, support, partners, and founders
• Represent the product in strategic discussions with customers and partners

• 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company (startup or scale-up)
• Experience managing or mentoring 1–2 product managers/product owners
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong technical background – able to work closely with developers and understand APIs and architecture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Comfortable using AI tools and low-code platforms for rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with digital signage or CMS platforms – a plus
• Experience with generative AI or machine learning – a plus
