Retreateam is a fast-growing startup that helps creators, coaches, and community leaders launch unforgettable retreats and content-led trips around the world — while we take care of 100% of the behind-the-scenes operations: flights, hotels, landing pages, payments, logistics and more. Our goal? To become the go-to platform for creator-led experiences. We’re growing quickly and now looking for someone obsessed with order, details, and flawless execution — to make sure every trip we run is nothing short of perfect.

💼 About the Role

Are you the kind of person who won’t rest until every box is ticked, every booking confirmed, and every schedule aligned? This role is for you.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our retreats — handling everything from flights and hotels, to schedules, suppliers, and on-the-ground logistics. And sometimes, you’ll even join our groups abroad to make sure things run smoothly on-site.

This is a full-time role in our Netanya office, where you’ll work directly with the founder and the core team.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Research, compare, and book flights, hotels, and local suppliers
• Build detailed itineraries and coordinate all logistics
• Negotiate with service providers and secure the best terms
• Track payments, reservations, and deadlines — nothing slips
• Be the main contact for operational questions before and during retreats
• Occasionally travel abroad as company rep, ensuring smooth execution
• Help improve and optimize our internal processes as we scale

✅ You Might Be a Great Fit If...

• You’re fluent in English (a must). Another language = big advantage
• You have experience in tourism / travel ops (flight bookings, hotels, logistics)
• You’re extremely organized, reliable, and detail-obsessed
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills
• You thrive under pressure and enjoy solving problems fast
• You’re hungry to grow and love seeing the direct impact of your work
• Bonus: Travel agent license with IATA number, or background as a travel consultant
