SIEM / QRadar Implementation Specialist

📍 Hybrid (Holon – 1 day WFH)

A leading financial company in Holon is looking for a QRadar Implementation Specialist to join its experienced SECOPS team. This is a key hands-on role in the organization, with the opportunity to lead SIEM integrations, build automation, and strengthen the company’s cyber defense capabilities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Administration and maintenance of the organizational SIEM (IBM QRadar).
• Onboarding new log sources and implementing integrations according to business needs.
• Parsing logs, writing correlation rules, and building dashboards & reports.
• Troubleshooting system issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Creating scripts (PowerShell / Python) to extend automation and integrations.
• Supporting cyber defense activities with wide visibility into security events and threats.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in information security / cyber.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with QRadar (implementation & administration).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with log parsing and creating custom rules.
• Experience with API integrations.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SOAR platforms (preferably Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR).
• Scripting skills in Python / PowerShell.
• Background in financial sector environments.
