Financial Controller

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to assist with overseeing the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and budget management. The Financial Controller will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial management, driving efficiency in processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position is temporary for an estimated period of 6 months.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Company's financial reporting, taxation, and periodic reports to senior management.
• Assist with Company budget planning, including analysis of actual results vs. forecast.
• Responsibility for processes and controls over financial reporting.
• Serve as a key financial advisor to Finance team and Company leadership, providing regular updates, analysis, and recommendations to support business initiatives.
• Extensive work with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and Auditors.
• Work independently with internal interfaces to lead financial reporting processes and projects, focusing on process improvement and alignment with the Company’s performance objectives.

Requirements & Skills

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Required.
• Experience in financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (GAAP) - Required.
• Experience in auditing or working in a public company or a subsidiary of a public company - Required.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel - Required.
• Advantage: Experience with bookkeeping systems, particularly Priority.
