Vacancy: Marketing Manager (Fintech, STB Union)

STB Union is an international fintech company specializing in money transfers and issuing STB Union Visa cards. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can build a marketing strategy and drive the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy.
• Manage advertising campaigns (online & offline), SEO, and digital marketing.
• Build PR activities and strengthen the company’s image.
• Organize conferences, events, and industry participation to increase brand awareness.
• Use business metrics to evaluate marketing performance.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment and regulatory compliance.
• Manage digital infrastructure: landing pages, marketing website, social media, and tracking systems.
• Translate business goals into marketing solutions.
• Build and lead a marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
• English — at least intermediate level.
• 2–3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Proven track record in building marketing strategies and running campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, PR, and analytics.
• Experience in event organization and partnership development.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to build a team.
