Student Position – Operational Excellence in Logistics (Hybrid)
About the Role:
Join our logistics team and take part in driving operational excellence and process improvement. In this role, you will:
- Analyze work times and evaluate the efficiency of picking and goods receiving processes.
- Review and define logistics KPIs and monitor performance.
- Identify bottlenecks, map processes, and propose improvement solutions.
- Support logistics managers with day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Prepare reports and presentations, working with Excel and SAP.
Requirements:
- Student in Industrial Engineering & Management or Logistics, entering 3rd or 4th year.
- Strong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work 3–4 full days per week, with a preference for at least 2 days on-site at our Acre factory.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, process-oriented thinking, and a strong desire to learn and make an impact in a leading organization.
