Product Marketing Manager

Nisha is hiring on behalf of our client for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market and positioning of a cutting-edge self-service SaaS product in the voice and Conversational AI space.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup-like environment within an established technology organization, focusing on building strategy, identifying market opportunities, and shaping product positioning — without being required to execute day-to-day marketing activities yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the product marketing strategy for a SaaS voice/conversational AI platform.
• Define target markets, competitors, and key communities to position the product effectively.
• Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to differentiate in the market.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with product, business, and marketing teams to align plans with company objectives.
• Track performance, present insights, and adjust strategies based on results.
• Engage with customers, partners, and influencers to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, preferably self-service B2B/PLG models.
• Background in AI, telecommunications, or technology markets – a plus.
• Strong knowledge of market research, product positioning, and GTM strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision making.
• Strategic thinker, proactive, with the ability to operate in a startup-like dynamic environment.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
