At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

In addition to the innovative products and solutions the team work on, we own several technically challenging and high-impact domains, including application performance, security, Single Sign-On (SSO), and user management.

About The Role

Join a passionate and high-performing team at HiredScore, where you'll take a key role in developing and shaping our core products - impacting both the user experience and the broader business.

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions to complex problems, taking full ownership from concept to delivery.
• Work on the development of multiple projects in parallel, identify design gaps, risks and ensure completion according to priority
• Work with a modern tech stack and best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tools to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Drive quality and stability in our production systems through a strong focus on testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Lead and contribute to architectural and implementation discussions, bringing your experience and ideas to the table.
• Mentor and support teammates, contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
• Improving Developer Experience: Continuously improve the tools, processes, and workflows that developers use to build, test, and deploy their applications, with a focus on efficiency and ease of use.
  
  

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proficiency in React, VueJS, Angular 1+ or similar with at least 2+ years of experience
• Strong experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth, with a focus on continuous improvement and development opportunities.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages, with passion for OOP design, design patterns and clean code.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. Strong understanding of software development best practices and commitment to providing scalable, long-lasting, and quality solutions.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native applications and a strong understanding of DevOps culture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
  

• Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Experience with asynchronous task queues like Celery or other similar technologies.
• Experience in GraphQL
• Experience of integrating with third-party APIs
