Financial Controller

With a strong track record of successful investments and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing the financial aspects of our diverse investment portfolio and related operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and manage the audit process in coordination with external accountants and auditors, in multiple jurisdictions
• Maintain compliance with all relevant government regulations
• Oversee tax compliance (domestic and international) and preparation of tax reports; coordinate with tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities
• Analyze executive and financial reports received from overseas entities and management companies
• Review and manage financial transactions and company accounts
• Handle day-to-day financial operations, including internal bookkeeping
• Prepare operational performance reports for portfolio assets
• Lead budget planning, monitoring, and control
• Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or Master’s degree preferred)
• Second role post-internship.
• CPA licensed
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential
• Familiarity with domestic and international tax regulations is a strong advantage
• Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and well-organized
