Head of Acquisition (Performance Marketing)
Own a 9‑figure ₪ media budget and scale user growth for a product with tens of millions of global users.
About the company
Our client is an Israel‑based tech scale‑up—category leader on both mobile and desktop, serving B2C and B2B audiences. With tens of millions of active users and thousands of paying businesses worldwide, we’re doubling down on performance marketing and looking for a Head of Acquisition to turn budget into predictable, profitable growth.
What you’ll do
- Define and run the UA strategy end‑to‑end across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and Apple Search Ads.
- Lead and grow a team of media buyers, campaign managers, and UA analysts (4–10 people to start).
- Own an eight‑figure annual budget—prioritise channels, manage P&L, and hit ROAS/LTV targets.
- Build a test‑and‑learn machine: A/B, incrementality, creative optimisation, feed‑based, and automation at scale.
- Leverage data & attribution tools (GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker/Tableau) in partnership with BI and Data Science.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, CRM/Lifecycle, Creative, and Brand to ensure a seamless user journey and maximise lifetime value.
What you bring
- 7+ years in user acquisition/performance marketing for high‑scale mobile or web products.
- 3+ years leading a UA or media‑buying team (minimum 4–5 direct reports).
- Deep expertise in Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads—launching, optimising, and scaling campaigns.
- Strong analytical toolkit: Excel/Sheets wizard; SQL and dashboarding a plus.
- Proven success with subscription, in‑app purchase, or SaaS monetisation models.
- Fluent business English (speaking & writing). Additional languages are a plus.
- Fast, data‑driven decision‑maker who can prioritise ruthlessly in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- ASO and Apple Search Ads experience.
- Programmatic/DSP buying, DV360, or YouTube mastery.
- Exposure to enterprise‑focused or hybrid B2B/B2C funnels.
- Hands‑on with automation platforms (SA360, Smartly, Skai/Kenshoo).
