Join the Engineering and Systems Division in the Missile and Space Systems Group as the Head of Mechanical Design for guided munitions in the field of airborne systems.

The position includes:

• Leading projects in the field of airborne systems

• Managing and providing technical guidance to a team of engineers responsible for the development, manufacturing support, and testing of guided munitions

• Designing and developing mechanical components for precision-guided weapon systems

• Coordinating in a matrix environment with subcontractors and internal stakeholders

• Reporting to the Head of the Airborne Systems Department

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Aerodynamics is required

• MSc is an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design is required

• Experience with CAD software is required

• Management experience is an advantage

• Experience in mechanical design of aircraft structures, missiles, or UAVs is an advantage

• Experience with internal combustion engines, jet engines, or rocket motors is an advantage

• Experience in the integration of multidisciplinary systems or products is an advantage

• Experience in leading projects is an advantage

• High-level English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
