Your Role

As a core member of our product-led team, you will be tasked with elevating our UX/UI to the next level. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you'll work collaboratively alongside another UX specialist, UI designer, product strategists, and our brilliant R&D team. Your mission is to translate our powerful, award-winning AI technology into experiences that are not just functional, but intuitive, elegant, and deeply trustworthy.

• Craft intuitive, use interface experiences: Own the design execution process. Take ideas and business requirements and transform them into crystal-clear user designs, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for our web platform.
• Translate complexity into clarity: Your challenge and opportunity is to distill complex AI analysis concepts into simple, engaging, and actionable visual representations that empower our users.
• Become the voice of the user: Be the user's champion. Dive into user research, metrics, and best practices, to identify and solve critical pain points with elegant design solutions.
• Elevate our brand and design system: Produce compelling, results-driven designs that are a benchmark for quality. Help maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless experience across every touchpoint, from the product to our website.
• Be a collaborative innovation force: Be a key creative voice in brainstorming sessions, providing crucial input and working hand-in-glove with product and R&D to refine features and bring our shared vision to life.
• Drive the future of design: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our solutions aren't just current, but cutting-edge.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent.
• +5 years of creating exceptional UX/UI for responsive web applications, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Deep proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite and other popular UX/UI tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and frontend frameworks like Angular / Bootstrap to help collaborate with developers.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards.
• A genuine curiosity and background in the AI and LLMs frontier.
• Masterful communicator fluent in English (verbal and written), able to clearly explain the "why" behind your design decisions.
• Obsessed with details and quality, because they make your designs come to life.
• A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment, able to iterate and adapt quickly without sacrificing excellence.
• Experience working in a scrum/agile environment.
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent.
