VP Product

We operate across New York, Austin, Nashville, and Tel Aviv and are looking for a talented Product Lead to join our team.

As a VP Product at Vi Engage, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless design, specification, and execution of product features while driving the delivery process from development to production rollout. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Analysts, Data Scientists, and QA teams to ensure Vi Engage products deliver high value and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize high-value customer problems to ensure product alignment with business needs.
• Monitor and validate feature success, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
• Develop and manage project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Oversee project execution, tracking progress, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Work closely with R&D to determine technical implementation and execution roadmaps.
• Define, own, and design product features from start to finish, including:
• Feature specification
• Functional and non-functional requirements
• Quality control checks
• Drive product feature prioritization, ensuring focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Analysts, Engineering, QA, and Data Scientists to ensure quality and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively in English, managing relationships, negotiating expectations, and influencing stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Lead.
• Technical background (e.g., engineering, software development, or data-driven product management).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.
• Proven analytical and managerial skills, ensuring efficient execution and delivery.
• Self-motivated and a fast learner, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven track record in product delivery, ensuring successful execution from development to production.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Advantages:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in Product Management or Project Management (advantageous).
• Familiarity with the Fitness or Healthcare industry.
• Working knowledge of JIRA or other Agile tools.
