Controller

A global cybersecurity startup is hiring a Controller.

An excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be part of a small, dynamic finance team. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance and involves hands-on responsibility across core financial processes.

Hybrid position located in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP.
• Prepare working papers, schedules, and financial reports.
• Drive process improvements and workflow efficiency.
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, including system and process enhancements.
• Provide financial insights to support business growth and scaling.

Requirements:

• CPA with Big 4 background – must.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Controller / Controller in a global SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite – must.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global tax.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy.
• Proficient in English (written & verbal).
• Proactive, independent, and fast learner.
