Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer | Ashdod | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Engineering and Systems Division at IAI’s ELTA in Ashdod.

The position includes:

• Supporting products throughout the manufacturing process, from reviewing drawings for accuracy to writing manufacturing processes, supervising and documenting production, and creating work instructions

• Exposure to and support of production processes from circuit level to antenna or drawer assembly

• Leading and defining processes for electronic manufacturing from PCB/PCBA level to module assembly

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering – mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Knowledge or familiarity with electromechanical assemblies

• Knowledge or familiarity with SMT and manual assemblies – an advantage

• Knowledge or familiarity with international and military standards such as IPC – an advantage

• Experience working with NX or other CAD tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
