System and Performance Engineer

ELTA’s Airborne Systems Center is seeking a System and Performance Engineer to join its team.

The position includes:

• Leading and supporting the development of radar hardware and algorithms

• Providing cross-project support for international customers

• Conducting performance analysis and preparing reports

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Physics – required

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics – an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in algorithms, system engineering, or architecture – required

• Proficiency in MATLAB – required

• High-level English – required

• Background in radar systems and performance analysis – an advantage
