Demand Generation & Marketing Ops Lead

What you’ll own

• Lifecycle & Email (Brevo): Build/optimize nurture flows, segmentation, and lead scoring; test messaging and cadence to move trials → PQLs → paid.
• Paid Acquisition: Manage our Google Ads freelancer and run Meta/Instagram demand gen (briefs, targeting, creatives, A/B tests, budgets, pacing).
• Attribution & Reporting: Enforce UTM hygiene, conversion tracking (pixels/GTM), and build weekly/monthly dashboards that drive decisions.
• Sales Collaboration (Pipedrive): Own marketing → sales handoff, pipeline hygiene, lead routing, SLAs with SDR/AE, and feedback loops on lead quality.
• Product Collaboration: Partner with Product on experiments, in-app comms, and messaging; bring market insights to roadmap and activation.
• Conference & Field Marketing: Plan pre/at/post-conference campaigns, influencer collaborations, partner moments, and airtight follow-ups.
• Co-Marketing: Co-orchestrate webinars, case studies, promo swaps, and shared calendars.
• Technical Video Creation (Shuffll): Produce/QA premium account assets to support campaigns and VIP customers.

What you’ll bring

• 2 years in growth/demand gen & marketing ops at a SaaS/startup.
• Hands-on experience with Pipedrive and Brevo (or directly comparable tools).
• Close partnership with Sales and Product in prior roles (SLAs, pipeline reviews, experiment design).
• Fluency with GA4, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GTM, A/B testing, and spreadsheet chops.
• Proven conference campaign planning and influencer/partner marketing experience.
• Comfortable creating/QA’ing short video assets (or quick to learn Shuffll).
• Strong project management, bias to action, and fluent in English.
• Able to work on-site in Tel Aviv
