Senior Marketing Manager

Crowded is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of SEO execution, marketing automations, and campaign performance—helping drive quality traffic, conversions, and revenue. This is a great opportunity to take full ownership of key channels, and work in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment supporting the nonprofit sector.

Role Overview:

Execute and optimize SEO strategy, manage campaign operations, and improve lead flows and funnel performance through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Execution:

• Manage keyword tracking, technical audits, and on-page optimizations.
• Coordinate with content and web teams to improve rankings and search visibility.
• Handle backlink outreach, metadata updates, and ongoing site hygiene.

Campaign Operations:

• Build and launch paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with quarterly goals.
• Own ad copy, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Support A/B testing and ongoing optimization of landing pages and creatives.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Report on SEO performance, campaign ROI, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and HubSpot reports to identify insights.
• Recommend optimizations based on data and trends.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on SEO and performance campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console).
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with numbers and dashboards.
• Experience running paid campaigns (search and/or social).
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
