Senior Product Manager – Fintech

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience designing user experiences for B2C or B2B2C products, preferably in fintech. The right candidate understands the complexity of financial products and can translate customer needs and business goals into seamless, intuitive product experiences while leading the product end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Own the customer experience and all financial system integrations across platforms.
• Lead product development from ideation to launch in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, support, and leadership.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and lead sprint planning and reviews.
• Track key product KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven UX design for B2C or B2B2C products.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems or fintech products and a strong understanding of the financial domain.
• Deep knowledge of product development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
