Manual QA Engineer – Web, Mobile & Digital

We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our digital products. The role involves testing across Web, Mobile, and Digital environments, as well as working with engineering systems and interfaces in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing in Web, Mobile, and Digital environments.
• Conduct sanity, functional, UI, and regression testing.
• Execute client-side validation and end-to-end testing.
• Carry out acceptance, configuration, load, and performance testing.
• Test interfaces and IVR systems.
• Write detailed test scenarios (STD) and document results.
• Perform GUI testing and ensure system stability and resilience.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, log, and track defects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual testing of Web, Mobile, and Digital platforms - Must
• Experience with SQL for validation and data testing - Must
• Hands-on experience with engineering systems and interfaces – Must
• Familiarity with testing tools such as SoapUI / Postman - Must
• Experience using JIRA for test management, bug tracking, and tasks - Must
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems - Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
