Performance Marketing Team Lead

A global advertising agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Team Lead for their Israeli office in Tel Aviv.

Job Description:

• Performance Marketing: Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
• Client Management: Lead and manage client relationships, be accountable for your client’s portfolio, ability to act as a consultative agent to clients.
• People Management: Manage a small team of performance marketing Account Managers and Account Strategists.

Job Requirements:

• B.A / B.Sc. or equivalent degree – A must. MBA – An advantage.
• 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with relevant digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
• At least 1 year of team management experience
• Experience working with global clients in the online advertising industry – an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Big Query, Lookr Studio or similar tools- preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills: being a natural leader, able to drive people, be driven by insights and results.
• Multitasker, organized with attention to details and a real problem solver.
• Fluent in English. Hebrew fluency – preferred
