What youโll do:
โ Lead cross-company projects in information systems โ from idea to full implementation.
โ Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, collaborating with business & technology teams.
โ Manage vendors, timelines, and budgets while ensuring successful project delivery.
โ Prioritize and coordinate projects across internal departments.
โ Implement new systems and enhance existing ones to support business growth.
What weโre looking for:
โจ 3+ years of experience in project management within IT / Information Systems.
โจ Strong understanding of capital markets & self-trading.
โจ A unique combination of business acumen & technical expertise.
โจ Experience with FMR system โ big advantage.
โจ Hands-on experience with CRM Dynamics โ advantage.
โจ Background in investment houses or financial institutions โ advantage.
โจ Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and the ability to lead processes end-to-end.
โจ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills โ a true team player and leader.
