Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team at Aristocrat. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape innovative gaming products in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company’s custom integrations with key clients, collecting requirements and providing the best technical and business solutions.
• Provide PRDs to collaborators in R&D and Delivery.
• Document product features and processes (conceptualizing, storyboarding, PRDs, use cases, white sheets, etc.).
• Act as liaison between collaborators, executive management, marketing, customers, and R&D throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collect and communicate product requirements; manage feature releases and content.
• Assist in planning and streamlining production for incoming projects.
• Manage product backlogs and versions using SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Ensure open and clear communication with managers and collaborators.
• Provide timely updates, reports, and seek guidance when needed.
• Participate in team huddles, meetings, and ad-hoc sessions.
• Support additional projects and departmental goals as required.
• Perform hands-on API testing and validation with tools like Postman.
• Maintain and update API specifications and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot integrations, debug issues with engineering, and propose solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven product management experience with a focus on game design or flow-intensive applications.
• Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry, its products, and key players.
• Proactive, diligent, self-motivated, and dedicated teammate.
• Ability to motivate and drive teams toward success.
• Technical background (Developer/System Analyst/Software QA).
• Strong presentation and communication skills across different media.
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (admin-level preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
