Product Owner

We're a fast-paced, fully regulated online Sports-betting and Casino operator. Operating from Spain & Israel, with hubs across Europe and LATAM, we serve players in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Argentina. We are looking for a Casino Product Owner to join us.

The Product Owner will be responsible for the ongoing development of one of Codere’s Products including taking part in designing new features and functionalities, managing and maintaining various integrations with third party providers, as well as supporting internal teams’ needs.

As a product owner, you will be working closely with other product managers, design, UX and development teams. You will be trusted with being on top of current industry trends, tech and with the competitive landscape.

The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to not only bring ideas to the table, but also justify and execute them from A to Z, in a challenging and very dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product roadmap.
• Design and implement new features & functionalities, introduce/maintain various integrations.
• Daily/Weekly calls with the development teams in Madrid and Israel.
• Write clear and detailed requirement documents and be able to review, groom and follow-up with development and QA teams.
• Work closely with other Product managers, BI and other stakeholders.
• Manage the sprint priorities alongside with the company priorities.
• Receive, scope, and manage change requests, sourced from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Research, test and analyze the way our users interact with our Product and identify areas of potential and ways to optimize value and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with CRM and Acquisition teams to find ways to improve KPIs and increase value.

Required experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving consumer facing digital products.
• Knowledge and experience practicing Agile methodologies (Jira, Devops, Monday, etc.)
• Ability to work in a complex environment with several verticals, operating systems, multiple Backoffice systems and various providers.
• Must be able to manage and track product roadmaps with multiple items and dependencies.
• High level of written and spoken English is required.
• Spanish is an advantage.
