System Analyst

‎What You'll Do:

• Gather and analyze complex requirements directly from business stakeholders
• Write detailed functional and technical specification documents
• Design system processes and data flows, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Define and analyze database architecture, including building ERDs
• Write and validate SQL queries (including advanced JOINs) to support data analysis and design
• Support core insurance processes and take part in cross-organizational projects

‎Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a System Analyst-Must
• Hands-on experience in collecting and analyzing complex business requirements- Must
• Proven experience in writing functional and technical specifications-Must
• Deep understanding of database architecture, including ERD modeling-Must
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries (including joins)- Must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew- Must
• Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment-Must
• Background in finance or insurance systems- Advantage
