Lead Mobile Developer (Remote from Israel – Relocation to Thailand Optional)

Role Description

We’re seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to own architecture, implementation, and optimization of secure mobile modules. You’ll work closely with the founders to deliver features such as entropy-aware rate limiting, on-device machine learning integration, runtime inspections (emulator/root/VPN detection), and policy-driven security enforcement. This role starts with hands-on coding responsibility and evolves into a leadership position where you will mentor and grow a development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate Kotlin/Android core with Flutter for cross-platform (Android/iOS) support
• Resolve dependency conflicts and develop production-ready tests
• Lead complex development tasks: debug, refactor, and ensure performance/security compliance under <120 ms targets
• Contribute to architecture decisions and product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile development (expert in Kotlin/Java; strong Dart/Flutter for cross-platform work)
• Proven track record delivering full-cycle projects from architecture to deployment
• Secure coding expertise in cryptography (HMAC, nonce, RSA), authentication systems, and policy-based security
• Experience building SDKs, libraries, or developer tools
• Performance optimization skills (coroutines, volatile memory, low-latency architectures)
• Based in Israel (remote work available; relocation to Bangkok optional)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with on-device ML (e.g., ExecuTorch, TensorFlow Lite) or anomaly detection
• Knowledge of Flutter platform channels, JNI/FFI, or iOS/Swift interop
• Background in high-security environments (e.g., financial apps, telecom security)
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
