Senior Backend Engineer

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and work with microservices
• Experience in architecting complex, data-driven systems - strong advantage
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React - an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and code quality orientation

• Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and APIs
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and best practices
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
